March 1st, 2011
Many people wonder if it’s possible to shed several pounds in just one week. The answer is yes and you can keep reading to find out how.
Losing weight takes work. Sometimes people work hard and see no results. But what some people don’t know is that there is a difference between working hard and working smart. Below are some of the most clever ways you can shed pounds in a week’s time.
Drink Water:
Sadly, most calories Americans take in a from the beverages they drink. Coffees filled with creamer and sugar stacked sodas are usually more calorie rich than the food they are washing down. By eliminating these from you’re diet and replacing them with water, it will be much easier to keep you caloric intake around recommended levels.
Ease off the Carbs:
Carbs are digested very quickly and don’t keep you feeling full for very long. Providing only low levels of satiety, bread, rice, and pasta set you up to be hungry later and heighten the risk of overeating for the day. Instead of carbs, try eating vegetables through the course of your weight-loss week. The complex carbohydrates in vegetables take much longer to digest and leave you feeling full for much longer.
Exercise:
Whether we like it or not, exercise needs to be of our weight loss efforts. But some exercises are more important than others. It’s crucial that you pick the best exercise to make sure you’re not wasting your efforts. For weight loss though, there is no better exercise than cardio. August 10th, 2010
There are many products out there. There is one diet that specifically calls itself the abs diet, and there are a certain number of diet pills that claim that you will be able to target that stubborn belly fat with the most specialized and effective ingredients on the market! There are many diet pills to choose from according to some sources, and of course, your best options will vary depending on who you are actually talking to. But the question in many minds is, what are the best diet pills that will actually help you to achieve better 6 pack abs and eliminate that stubborn abdominal fat that many of us suffer from?
Unfortunately, there is no ingredient, no diet, no method outside of liposuction obviously, that has been proven to target any area of the body including the abdomen. When you are using these methods, the best diet pills can specifically help you to target and burn away fat. But it is fat in every area of the body, where it actually wants to come off. Does ExtenZe Increase Size?
February 3rd, 2010
ExtenZe claims that you can finally achieve all sorts of results when it comes to sexual health. But they specifically claim that you can naturally increase penis size. So the question becomes, do they actually come through? Now traditionally speaking, products like ExtenZe haven’t really been used for that purpose. The traditional method of penis enhancement and otherwise is actually a surgical implant, which obviously can increase size for that reason. But the question becomes, does ExtenZe actually work to produce this same result without surgery, without cuts, without recovery time or anything else?
ExtenZe does have some good natural aphrodisiacs and ingredients that can improve stamina as well as natural erections. It has the right ingredients for all of these possibly purposes. But that is not the question at this point in time. The simple question is if they actually allow you to increase the size of the penis. And unfortunately, there is no natural way to do so. The only proven way to increase size in the long term would be to get a surgical implant.
So how does ExtenZe work for everything else? ExtenZe does have the right ingredients. But it does not actually have the right amounts. So obviously enough, it will not actually work out when it comes to real results. And in all reality, there are far better options out there. This product doesn’t measure up in any sense of the word.
But if you are looking for a better product, I would suggest looking into Orexis. Orexis has all the right ingredients like they do, and they have some others as well. In addition, they actually have the right amounts. Unfortunately, this won’t give you long term size enhancement, as again the simple fact is that only surgery has really been proven to do so. However, Orexis will work.

Burning Fat
September 20th, 2009
I came across an interesting fact today. Celery is the best fat burner of all the foods. All the ridges in this vegetable are hard for the body to break down, causing more energy from the fat to be put into digesting the ridges. Just eating the celery could eliminate the need to have to take fat burning pills. Also, the celery may have vitamins and nutrients the body needs that the pills can’t provide.
Even if the vitamins and nutrients found in celery are in the pills, the body will better absorb them when it comes from celery because the celery is mostly natural, being made by nature whereas pills are made with some chemicals and are made by man. Anything that is natural is usually more beneficial for our bodies than anything that is synthetically made. Anyways, there are additional ways to burn fat and gain that body you desire. Going to the gym is a great way to burn fat. There are many machines there that help one to lose weight and tone his or her muscles. It is impossible to describe all the different machines and which part the muscles work on, but I think you know what I mean.

Fruit
August 28th, 2009
A new research has been shown that eating only fruits can prevent weight loss and in some cases, cause weight gain. Because fruit is healthy, people think that they can eat as much fruit as they want and it won’t affect their weight at all. However, this is wrong. Eating too much of anything can hinder the weight loss process. Yes, fruits and vegetables are lower in calories and are higher in water and fiber than other foods, but fruits contain as much as three times as much calories as nonstarchy vegetables.
One may unknowingly consume an extra 250 calories a day from fruit. With this rate, this can hinder the loss of one pound in two weeks. Experts recommend limiting the amount of fruit intake to three servings per day. Also, they recommend only eating fresh or frozen fruit. The other fruits, the dried fruits, the fruit cups, the fruit juices, must be avoided. They add extra calories and less fiber. The sugar found in fruits is healthier than the refined sugar, but both contain the same amount of calories. This makes one realize that fruit cannot be consumed in unlimited quantities.

Yohimbe
July 23rd, 2009
As I was searching through the internet, I came across the word ‘yohimbe.’ I have never heard of that word, and I guess my word document hasn’t either. I decided to do some research. Yohimbe is actually an herbal supplement that comes from the yohimbe evergreen tree. So if it’s an herbal supplement, there must be benefits too, right?
There are benefits to yohimbe. It is mostly used as an aphrodisiac, but there are other health benefits to the yohimbe. It is beneficial in treating depression, hypertension, hypotension, and chest pain. It is also used for skin conditions.
However, there are many side effects to yohimbe. It may cause nausea, increased blood pressure, dizziness, anxiety, insomnia, rapid heartbeats. Although it says that yohimbe may decrease some things, it may do the opposite.
Yohimbe sounds a little fishy to me, and I would not try it myself. It seems like the side effects outweigh the benefits, and during my research, there are so many conditions one has to be under to be able to take it. There are other things that can do the same as yohimbe, and without the side effects. I’d recommend finding the other things, and don’t go for yohimbe right away.

Gastric Bypass Risks
July 10th, 2009
If you are undergoing a gastric bypass surgery, there are things to remember. It is not your ultimate cure to obesity related problems. You have to consult with a doctor on a regular basis and basically learn to change your lifestyle habits. I would say actually try consulting a professional for that kind of stuff before you even get started with the idea of using that kind of procedure.
But also consider the fact that while you automatically eat less, there are those that literally go crazy, stuff themselves until they throw up, doing it again and again until they pop the stitches, doing nobody any good. It is a major change for anyone and it can be scary. In addition, you could easily suffer from different vitamin deficiencies leading to the fact that you need to actually take a multivitamin along with an otherwise balanced diet during use.
There will be no sneaky fatty foods, as this will only make it worse, especially with so little that you can actually eat throughout the day. If you suffer from deficiencies, it will interfere with your weight loss and you will also suffer other obvious side effects. So before even considering this idea, think again.
